Hatchett Automotive Glass

I cannot recommend Hatchett glass highly enough. I’ve used them on and off for about 20 years for myself and my customers at my automotive repair shop, always with perfect results at a fair price. They also do residential and commercial glass installation and replacement. Just call and ask for Richard to make an appointment and the rest is easy !!

Hands down one of the best places for automotive glass. I have used Safelite before and Hatchett Glass is truly the best. Richard and his staff are the best in the business and very reasonable. I have used them before on a commercial job and needed my work truck windshield replaced. They came highly recommended from my good friends who own a tint company here locally and I could not be more happier with the work they did for me.

Fantastic experience with Hackett Auto Glass! My dad recommended I reach out to them after a rock cracked my windshield. They were quick to provide an estimate and got me scheduled without hassle. When unexpected circumstances came up and I had to reschedule, they were incredibly understanding and flexible. Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze, and they gave me a call as soon as the installation was complete—great communication throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the attention to detail: they reinstalled all my gadgets and even put my oil change stickers back exactly where they were. That extra care truly made a difference and was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

So we bought a brand new car and on the short drive home a bird that we’re choosing to refer to as a flying ostrich flew out in front of us and completely caved in our windshield. After calling every glass shop in Knoxville, we stumbled across these guys who were so nice and also happened to have the best prices. They did a phenomenal job on our windshield and they did an even better job at making a horrific situation significantly easier. They got us in extremely fast and even worked with us on our work schedules. I can’t recommend them enough. They’re absolute life savers ❤️

Fantastic customer service, excellent quality work and great price! They got me in when I was in a pinch after some tough luck. It’s very obvious why Hatchett Glass has been in business over 20 years! The customer and their satisfaction is clearly their number 1 priority! 10/10 recommend!
