I-5 Glass

We've had to use I-5 Glass twice this year due to vandalism at our office, and both experiences have been exceptional. Most recently, we arrived at the office on Monday morning to find a large hole in one of our windows. We called I-5 Glass, and they were incredibly kind and helpful from the start. Within just a few hours, they had someone on-site to clean up all of the broken glass, including the tiny pieces, and replace the window quickly and professionally. Back in January, we had our front door shattered. Once again, their team was responsive, supportive, and efficient. They quickly measured the door frame and had everything replaced as soon as possible, which was especially appreciated considering it was about 30 degrees outside. Every interaction we've had with I-5 Glass has reinforced why we continue to call them. They are knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, and genuinely care about their customers. Even if another company came in with a lower quote, we would still choose I-5 Glass because we trust the quality of their work and, more importantly, the people behind it. Highly recommend I-5 Glass to anyone looking for a company that stands behind its work and treats customers right.

I got my 2020 VW Passat windshield replaced here, and everything was great with the windshield. They let me know that one fabric part was cut during the process due to not being able to get the windshield out and they would order a new piece and would give me a call within the next couple of days. Over the weekend I noticed my headliner was cut along the entire windshield. I did not receive a call so I called on Monday and asked about when I could get the other part installed and they let me know I could come in whenever. I went in Tuesday afternoon to get the part installed and showed them the headliner and the guy who worked on the car wasn’t in at the moment. The man at the front desk let us know we could come back in 20 minutes and it should all be taken care of. Once we got back the guy who worked on my car has to leave again and the man at the front desk let me know that the damage couldn’t have been caused by them because they supposedly put a piece of protective film between so that doesn’t happen. However it looks the exact same sort of damage that they fixed on the one side. I also have pictures from a week before not showing the headliner but showing the other side and how it wasn’t damaged before and now it is. The front desk man did offer for me to bring in my car a third time and have the guy look at it again, but I’ve heard the same answer twice of it not being their fault and that sometimes that’s just how the headliners come on some cars (although it wasn’t like that before I brought the car in), so I just think I’m done. 1st two pictures are from before and last one is now after they worked on my car. I don’t have any before pics of the headliner before so the 4th picture is just what it looks like now. The piece they put on is also falling off one week later.. All I wanted was a new windshield and to get my car back how I left it with them, but now I get to get into my car everyday and look at all of the damage.

Great company. Someone busted out my back driver side window a few nights ago. They were able to get me a quote and scheduled an appointment almost immediately. It only took like an hour to replace!

Such a good experience. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me! He was so kind and professional. I had my car window smashed in a break in, I-5 was able to get me scheduled for the following day, and I was out of there about 45 minutes after my appointment started, good as new. They even helped vacuum the rest of the broken glass out of my passenger seat. Thank you for helping me turn it around!

These guys are just so stellar! I ordered 2 pieces of glass 8' long for some windows I was building for a client. I opted to save the $75 delivery fee and get the glass myself. I thought they had said they had the means to pack the glass (plywood & cardboard) but I was mistaken. They offered to deliver it anyways at no cost. This kind of kindness goes a long ways for me as a small business owner. Thank you so much to the staff for their kindness and friendliness.
