ISLAND FENDER

I chose Island Fender from a recommendation of an acquaintance. I also saw their many good reviews. After my repair, I can honestly say they truly live up to their reputation and amazing reviews! The repair work on my car looked seamless and felt like the damage never happened. The front desk staff were super knowledgeable, resourceful, and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. The technician and mechanics that I interacted with were also very courteous, professional and friendly. This is the real definition of customer service! Thank you Island Fender!

I chose this shop because of their excellent reviews, and after my experience, I completely understand why. I recently had body work done here, and about a month later I noticed a splash guard underneath my car had come loose and was dragging on the ground. Since this is my only vehicle, I called the shop and they got me in within 30 minutes for a warranty inspection. I especially want to recognize the technician Elmer who helped me today. He was one of the nicest and most helpful guys I've met. He didn't just tell me what he found, he actually brought me into the shop, showed me the impact damage underneath my car, answered all of my questions, and let me take photos. I really appreciated how transparent and patient he was. He even took the time to talk story with me for a few minutes after the repair was done. He told me him and his wife rescue animals. How can you not love that!? Even though they determined the damage was caused by an impact, they reattached the splash guard at no charge and made sure my car was safe to drive home. Everyone from the office staff to the estimators have been wonderful throughout my whole experience with this shop, but Elmer really stood out for his excellent customer service and overall respectfulness and kind demeanor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to all my family and friends. If you want a shop that goes above and beyond and really understands the importance of customer service, don't hesitate to take your car to Island Fender.

I've had to bring my car into Island Fender more times than I have would liked to bur everytime I have dealt with them, they have always been very courteous and professional. They keep me up to date on progress and do a great job!

I visited Island Fender for an estimate and had a great experience with Matt. As a first-time customer, I appreciated how honest, straightforward, and professional he was in discussing my options. Although Island Fender wasn't able to assist with my particular situation, Matt took the time to provide helpful recommendations and guidance. Communication was excellent, and I was able to get an estimate appointment quickly. I would definitely recommend them based on their customer service.

My 2016 Tacoma went to the body shop for an insurance claim. Not only did they do an amazing job in the repairs, the point person on the claim from Island Fender , also found a TSB for recall repairs. Along with when I picked up my Truck when it was ready. My truck was amazingly clean and the inside was looking brand new. I gave Sammy the biggest hug. It was a wonderful surprise to see the work and also the time and effort. I will forever go to this shop if I need to for any other body work repairs.
