Easy to make an appointment. The technician was very competent, showed up on time, finished in timely manner. I have used them before for windshield replacement, and was so happy to find them still as good as the first time in 2018 when I first was a customer.

Bought a car that had a huge crack all the way across the windshield. Bought the car on Monday and they were going to get me in on Thursday, we had something come up and rescheduled to the following Monday. The whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! It only took about an hour and a half and it's pretty much right next door to treasure village so we just walked around there until they were finished. 10/10 experience if we ever need glass work we will definitely be going back! Also good to note it was much cheaper than I was quoted at literally every other shop!

The glass looks great. However, the technician hit something in my vehicle, I'm assuming the curb in the parking lot where he went to change the glass out. He never mentioned this. The day he left, i noticed a piece of my car disconnected from the underneath and both passenger side tires had scuff marks. One day after leaving, both my tires on the passenger side were low. I aired them both up and two days later, the rear right tire would not hold air. Very disappointed bc the tech was super nice, but I'm a little annoyed this is the caliber of service.
