Jack Morris an Auto Glass Now Company

Did a great job. Started it as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It took a little longer than I had hoped, 2 hours, but it wasn’t like they were not working on it. I just would have dropped it off and come back had I known but every car is probably different.

I had a wonderful experience with Jack Morris Auto Glass on Charlotte Ave in Nashville! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. They did an excellent job replacing my glass, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. It’s refreshing to find a business that takes pride in their work and treats their customers right. I would definitely recommend Jack Morris Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass work. Great service from start to finish!

I recently had my auto glass replaced here, and the experience was excellent start to finish. The customer service and work was outstanding. The guest areas and restrooms were clean which made the wait more comfortable. They also had a rather large screen tv which was also nice. I recommend this shop to anyone needing glass repair service.

They were right on time to start the repair. Real friendly people. I was a little disappointed in the repair. I was hoping you wouldn't see much of the chip but I was wrong. It didn't look a whole lot different than when I took it in there. They told me after the repair that was normal. I had a repair on my truck windshield and it looked much better than this repair and it was the same size. I just hope it doesn't Crack further. I have attached an after repair pic.

The receptionist was the best part. She is professional but also caring. I enjoyed waiting for my car to be fixed because of her kindness. I am upset I don’t remember her name but boy is she an asset. The service was impeccable, timely, and informative. I was planning on getting the car washed after, thankfully your receptionist educated me and gave me clear instructions. All in all, I am a happy customer and would definitely come back. The price was jarring but the work needed to be done.
