What an AMAZING experience with windshield glass repair. JK Auto Glass was far more than I expected. The kindness and perfection was far beyond what I had expected. Taking their time , making sure things were perfect is my kind of team. Doug and Bryce, thank you for a great experience with a" top notch job "well done. Grandson will be happy! Also , on my pilot, plugged a small pebble hit by a gentleman that came earlier. Another job great! I highly recommend JK Auto Glass. This was all done on location. Thank you all. And thanks to friendly secretary. Enjoyed it all from beginning to end.

Came to our house to fix a crack in our windshield. Did a great job explained every step he was doing. Has great customer service. I would recommend him to anyone that needs windo repairs.

I have used this business before. Very happy with the results. I recently had to have my jeep windshield repaired and they did an awesome job. Didn’t take long for them to repair it. My insurance paid for it.

The worst mistake I've ever made when it comes to an auto care facility of any kind was the day I decided to take my truck to JK Auto in Mingo Junction. This place has all but turned my life upside down by their negligence and incompetence. On March 31st, I took my truck in to get a new windshield and their Technician failed to close AND LATCH the hood properly. As I was merging on Route 7 South, going 50 mph the hood flew up and smashed the windshield completely obstructing my view. In total shock, I am trying to get off the highway with ZERO VISIBILITY because I have shattered glass and a truck hood in my face! I was able to get safely on the side of the road. Thank God ODOT workers witnessed what happened and came up to assist. Between them and the Ohio State Highway Patrolman, they were able to use a ratchet strap to tie down the hood because it was completely destroyed, as was the roof of the truck as well. I carefully drove my truck back to JK Auto, where once I arrived the owner says "I didn't do it!" like this was some stupid joke to him! I could've gotten seriously injured or killed in this incident and he's making jokes! He immediately started in on some blowhard speech about how he "has pull" with Ohio Valley Honda and it will take about "1 to 2 months" to get fixed, but I will be provided a loaner vehicle until it's fixed. I was given a piece of junk Impala w/ a bad power steering pump and warped rotors until I had to call and complain a WEEK LATER after not hearing from anyone that I needed a RELIABLE vehicle. I was told to go to Team Ford where another vehicle was provided, but the contract was only good for 10 days. I barely drove this loaner and on the 10th day noticed where a crack had formed from an old chip on the very edge of the windshield. I immediately called JK Auto and was advised not to drive it any longer and she would "see what they could do". The only communication I got back was on TUESDAY (3 days later) in a text saying "I'm still working on this." NOTHING ever came of it. I end up calling on FRIDAY (an entire week has passed and I have NO CAR) and I demanded to know what was going on with my truck, it has been almost a MONTH now and NO ONE is providing me with ANY information. And what do you want me to do with this loaner with the cracked windshield, I'm tired of having it on my property, it is a liability and not entirely safe to drive. The woman from JK Auto proceeds to tell me that my truck is sitting at Team Ford and DOESN'T EVEN HAVE AN ESTIMATE at this point! It's been a MONTH!! First of all, I didn't agree to have my truck sent to Team Ford, I was told it was being handled through Ohio Valley Honda and their body shop. Second, if Team Ford is so "backed up", then you SEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! For God's sake, this is MY TRUCK and my livelihood you're screwing with! I have nothing to drive at this point except a destroyed truck rotting away in Steubenville and a 2024 Ford Escape with a crack in the windshield NO ONE is doing ANYTHING about! Why isn't anyone calling me with any information or updates?? As if the disastrous experience of almost being in a car wreck on March 31st due to THEIR negligence wasn't stressful enough now you're telling me my truck isn't even CLOSE to having an estimate yet! I have tried being patient and understanding about this whole catastrophe but I.AM.DONE! Communication with them has SUCKED big time, I have had to make every phone call to find out what's going on, where's a loaner, where's my truck, what's going on?!? Get this Ford Escape OFF my property, I don't have time to be driving cars all over the Valley here, there and everywhere because you destroyed mine! I had to open a claim with MY car insurance to finally get my truck fixed through them and now I am having to consult with an attorney to sue for compensatory and punitive damages because I am losing money (and my mind) from not being able to take assignments and this past month has been an aggravating nightmare since March 31st and it's not over yet and it's ALL because of JK AUTO GLASS!

Could not be happier with JK Auto Glass in Mingo Junction! We had a huge softball-size crack in our windshield from going up Lovers Lane Hill in Steubenville. I have a 2025 VW ID Buzz—there aren’t many of these in Ohio, and it is the only one in the Ohio Valley—so the windshield calibration was not an easy job. They stuck with it and got it done RIGHT. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing with newer vehicles and advanced systems. Everyone was professional, patient, and kept me informed the whole time. Everything is working perfectly now, and I feel so much safer. Highly recommend!
