KnockOut Auto Glass and ADAS

After speaking with Carrie regarding my chipped windshield, she got me in within an hour to evaluate and repair. Once the repair was completed, she and Justin advised that the repair may or may not last the life of the car, especially when considering that there were a couple of small spider legs coming from the area that was chipped. A day or so later, those spider legs grew, so I contacted Carrie to have my windshield replaced. She got me in the same day and my car was good to go a few hours later. Throughout the process, Carrie was phenomenal with communicating, accommodating, and educating. On top of all that, she was an absolute joy to talk to. And my new windshield? Living its best windshield life!

Carrie is amazing and she provided amazing customer service from quote to final inspection. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my service. I highly recommend this family business for all of your needs. They take care of you like you are one of their own.

A rock chip developed into a 6 inch crack in my windshield after the last ice storm. Not only did Knock Out Auto Glass quickly and professionally replace my windshield, they were respectful of my budget! I would definitely recommend them! My car looks beautiful and their friendly service is appreciated by my family!

I had windshields replaced on two of my Turo vehicles (a Tesla Model 3 and a Jeep Renegade) while they were in Plano, and KnockOut Auto Glass & ADAS made the whole process incredibly easy. I live out of town, so timing and communication were important. They handled everything professionally, kept me updated, and got both vehicles taken care of while they were local. The installs look great, and they walked me through aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect. If you manage rental cars or just need reliable mobile auto glass, these guys are solid. Efficient, professional, and easy to work with. I’d definitely use them again.

The team here did the great job with my windshield replacement. They even came to me which helped immensely get the work done with my availability. They were professional and educated me on everything needed and when it was safe to take tape off and get a car wash again. Highly recommend!
