My wife's 2019 Subaru Forester required a windshield replacement due to a large crack. I spoke with a few different employees over the course of scheduling over the phone and on-site vehicle drop-off/pick-up. Each employee was polite, professional, and efficient. They were also knowledgeable in understanding that the Forester has an ADAS system where the front cameras require special calibration procedure after windshield replacement, and provided this service as well. Some other glass businesses I spoke with would not replace my windshield as a company policy due to this special required service. The windshield replacement and calibration process took around 7hrs, so I was able to drop off and pickup same day. They were also excellent customer representatives as they worked with AAA to ensure they installed an OEM windshield instead of aftermarket. I would recommend Laird glass based on my experience.
