The antenna cover on the roof of my rav 4 was missing and there was roof damage. From start to finish LaMettry’s staff and service was phenomenal. Extremely professional and efficient! I’m so happy I was referred to LaMettry’s!!

Took my brand new Tacoma to them after someone hit it in a parking lot. They got it in quickly for an estimate and then the repair. The first BONUS was that they have complimentary Lyft rides to get you home or back to work on drop off and pickup of your vehicle. Andrea at the desk and Andy my repair manager were easy to work with and responsive to my questions. While it was in, I was informed by them that the nose cone they received was not up to their specs even though it had come from Toyota. This shows the care they took with my vehicle. On pickup, Andy explained all the services and repairs they had performed and walked me around the vehicle to inspect their work. The truck looks as good as when I drove it off the lot, and they offer a lifetime warranty on their work. Extremely happy with the overall service and work. Highly recommend them for vehicle repair.
