Les Schwab Tire Center

I always have a good experience at this Les Schwab. They are some of the most honest people, and did a great job on my alignment, control arms, and free flat repair this year. They are always willing to work with me, are always incredibly kind (specifically Nathaniel, Charlotte, and Noah), and I am looking forward to future tire/brakes/suspension maintenance with them.

Cheney LS has a couple great employees, I want to be clear on that, but still, avoid this place at all cost. They cant do anything other than charge 2x the price for the same product or service. Cant change a motorcycle tire, cant install customer provided shocks(new in box)...ect...has to charge $800 for a $100 break job. This complaint is primarily about corporate company policy and practices, specifically the branch is stricter than others and seems only concerned with profit. I will only go to Cheney LS ONLY if forced due to no other option. The days of friendly, fast, neighborhood service are gone. I wish this place didn't suck.

Don’t come here unless you only need tires. Alignments taking 3 hours when the car is on the rack. An hour for a simple oil change. Oh and hidden Pricing! My quote was 84$ for an oil change. Was charged 98$ before tax.

I got a flat tire along the highway, long story short got it towed after the manager, sparky, suggested a towing company and kept reassuring me that they wanted to help out and genuinely cared about the wellbeing of a stranger, even as the place was busy and packed, he still took the time to talk to me. They helped me out tremendously as a broke college student, they fixed the flat and that meant a lot to me. That simple act of kindness from a corporation this large, these are genuine people that care and have earned my respect for years to come!

Came in with a screw in my tire. They were very busy so it took 2-3 hours of waiting which I understood. I enjoyed their coffee and popcorn while sitting at an outside picnic table with my little dog and when it was done I was told that they didn't even have to patch it and I was on my way free of charge!. I have always been treated kindly by LS staff and will continue to go to this location. Keep up the good work!
