Les Schwab Tire Center

What used to be a good reliable company has become an absolute money grab joke. They 100% will upsell you on anything they do for you. I’ve given them multiple chances to be that “old, honest, reliable tire shop” and shame on me. I am officially done. Take your vehicle literally *anywhere* else.

I recently went to Les Schwab because I needed a new battery for my 2012 Ford Focus. A very special Thank you to Emma who took good care of my car and had me back on the road quickly 😀. Thanks Emma you're the best. And you deserve a big raise. 👏 I also wanted to say the battery was hard to get too and had to be put on "memory saver " because the car is all run on computer which was time consuming. Thank you again Emma.

My son has used your faculty at the W 11th location many times. His service has been sketchy but this last time, June 12th, it was horrible. 1) He arrived at 8:30 am. Was told his 2 new tires would be installed within 2 hours. 2) The tire install was not completed until 1:16 pm —- and after repeated calls from my son to check on them. 3) He was headed out on a 4 hour drive and he got 15 miles out and noticed the tire pressure was dangerously high. 4) He stopped at the Junction City Les Schwab and they had to let air out and reprogram the tire pressure sensors. 5) The tech then told my son, “ That Les Schwab location does this all the time.” If my son wasn’t sharp enough to notice the tire pressure, he could have had a bad accident. Totally unacceptable behavior and service.

Not sure why it took 3 hours to do a 10 minute vehicle inspection, or why they saved it to be the last thing of the day, or why it's nearly $40 when most places charge $20 or less. A lot of Qs, would love some A's. Why go to Les Schwab anymore? You can find the same tires for less elsewhere, and won't have to wait anywhere near as long. Customer service is their whole thing but it's not like it's above and beyond, please see the start of this review regarding 3 HOUR WAIT TIME FOR AN OVERPRICED 10 MINUTE VEHICLE INSPECTION.. the ladies up front were nice, at least. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for anything Les Schwab offers.

At the front desk, Sarah was very kind and helpful and setting up a tire check my passenger rear on my F150 was getting low. They placed it. Cotton and Rodney found that I still was under warranty and it was free. These guys know their business. I recommend Les Schwab tire to anybody traveling through the Pacific Northwest.! And wherever else you can find Les Schwab tire center! 5⭐️
