The people at Les Schwab in Liberty Lake are absolutely AMAZING. I had to hold back tears. I came in to see if I could get a tire fixed as I had a flat and the spare I put on was beyond bald. I was planning on purchasing new tires in the near future as all of them really needed to be replaced. Unfortunately my dad and disabled brother were displaced one week ago after losing our family home of 40 years in the Old Trails fire. My priorities, time and money shifted to helping them navigate this new nightmare. My dad and brother literally had 3 minutes to get out of the house with nothing but the clothes on their backs. As they drove away the end of the street was already on fire. A lifetime worth of photos, keepsakes, and all of my disabled brothers specialty medical equipment including his hospital bed and electric wheelchair were all lost in the fire. Les Schwab completely shocked me by giving me 3 used tires that were in great condition free of charge. Their generosity touched my heart to my soul. I almost started crying. My tires are one less thing for me to worry about right now with all of the running around to work, home, and my family's hotel to help care for them. As soon as some of the chaos settles in this nightmare situation that is affecting so many families in our West Spokane community, I will most definitely be going back to get my shocks, struts, and alignment done. Grayson provided excellent service today when my husband’s vehicle seemed to have a dead battery. Grayson was able to jump start the car with amazing precision, and then he tested the battery to confirm it needed to be replaced. He got us the best price, and was very friendly and professional! Absolutely fantastic service. Tesla was going to charge me full price to replace a two month old tire. Justin told me that it was still under the manufacturer’s warranty and Les Schwab would take care of it. It’s a lot of paper work but he was happy to do it. We will be Les Schwab customers for life. Thank you!

I called Wednesday to make sure they had 90° valve stems for my 2025 Ford F450, Jayco Motorhome I talked to said hold on, sir. I have to go physically see them before I say we have them. He came back and told me they have them. It’ll be anywhere between $40-$90 to have them installed. I said perfect. I show up Friday morning at 7:45 AM. Tell the technician what I’m here for his name was Chris. He says he would have to special order those. He does not have them in stock. Never mind you, Chris was not very happy about being at work this morning not very pleasant to deal with. I should’ve walked out the store at that point, but I figured I would give Les Schwab a chance. Bad mistake. I told him I have one hour he said that would be fine. He did not tell me that there were people ahead of me but then again I already figured there were. I did not make an appointment. Just about 9 o’clock my Motorhome still sit so I go in. Tell them I don’t have any longer to wait the lady says we had appointments in front of you. I said that’s no problem. At least Chris could’ve let me know that it would be longer than an hour and then I would’ve went to tire Rama It amazes me complete strangers feel that they can treat complete strangers like crap. Without the customer, he wouldn’t have a job. I’ve seen a lot of negative post about liberty lake Les Schwab tire center less learned. Thank you Les Schwab for conforming with so many people have said about you not a good place to go.

So to be clear Justin did not a does not know about my two accounts. I was not pulling “im a commercial client “ We recently visited Les Schwab because we thought my son’s truck needed a leveling kit for tire clearance. After inspecting it, Justin honestly told us the truck already had a leveling kit installed and that different wheels would be the correct solution instead of selling unnecessary work. I appreciated that honesty. Unfortunately, during reassembly, lug nuts on one wheel were not properly reinstalled, which created a serious safety issue and damaged the wheel. Thankfully, I noticed the problem almost immediately and returned to the store before anything more serious happened. What impressed me was how Justin handled the situation afterward. There were no excuses, no blame shifting, and no minimizing the issue. He immediately took responsibility, replaced the damaged wheel and studs, and made safety the priority until the truck was fully corrected. As the owner of Infinite Electric, I understand mistakes can happen in any industry. What matters most is how a company responds afterward. We trust Les Schwab to handle issues professionally, and personally I continue to respect the way Justin and the team handled this situation with accountability and professionalism.
