Didn't go well. Ordered a hitch. Was supposed to arrive in a week. I followed up a week and a half later. The part was never on its way. Had to reorder. Went in for the install. Was supose to be 1 1/2 hours. Took over 5 hours with a rotation of less than an hour. No communication from the shop at all. I would have left and came back. When I asked the supervisor just got irritated and kind of blew me off. The same one that failed to order the part the first time. Car was done and sealant on paint inside and out. Grease on interior driver door as well. Car went in spotless. It should have been an indication that the mess was way out of line. First time ive had a bad experience at a Les Schwab location. And I've used half a dozen across washington.

Les Schwab in Pasco is consistent in their tire services. Jasmine was so kind to describe the best & quickest process to get my tire looked at. Gave a call back to get my car in, same afternoon! 👏👏👍. Got the screw out & patched the tire, very timely. Brought our truck in for a pressure check a while back also. Same great customer service even at no cost to me and all the effort on their part. Going the length they did, will be my “go to” next time. They do customer service right.👏👍 Thank you Les Schwab❣️

I had what I thought was a minor issue, that turned out to be a bit more than expected. It turned out to be a unique issue that the techs hadn't seen before either. But Damien and crew put a helluva lot of time into research, diagnosis and repair, likely working extra hours. The warranty repairs were honored without question, and this business will get another couple decades of business from me.

Jacob is the best tire technician I have ever met in my life! He is incredibly kind and professional. He not only took good care of my tires and also very patiently explained everything to me, including tires, struts/shock, and control arms. I’ll definitely visit the shop again.

I recently took my 2012 Honda Civic to the Les Schwab Tire Center off Route 68 in Pasco, WA, and had a very frustrating experience. Initially, the shop quoted me $1,500 for repairs, claiming that my struts, sway bar, and multiple other parts needed replacement. After some back-and-forth, the price was lowered to $1,100, but the staff continued pushing unnecessary work. They tried to pressure me into approving parts I didn’t need, exaggerating the condition of my struts and implying the car couldn’t be driven otherwise. The only actual issues were tie rods and a lower ball joint, which I had already purchased from O’Reillys. I was in a particularly vulnerable situation because I don’t have friends or family nearby to stay with, and I needed the car repaired today to continue working and moving. They tried to drag their feet, suggesting I wait until Tuesday, and were clearly using my lack of alternatives to justify extremely high prices. This pressure felt like an attempt to take advantage of my circumstances, as I was just trying to get my car safe and drivable after a minor accident while DoorDashing, where my vehicle had no reflective lighting and was already exposed to some risk. Once I stood firm and pointed out to the manager that the front strut was only slightly bent and not a major concern since I could replace it myself, they reluctantly agreed to complete only the essential repairs. I stayed present during the work to ensure nothing was damaged or replaced unnecessarily. In the end, I paid around $645 instead of the inflated prices originally quoted. While my car was fixed correctly, this location clearly engages in aggressive upselling and pressure tactics. I strongly caution anyone visiting this Les Schwab to insist on only essential repairs, monitor the work closely, and be prepared to stand their ground to avoid being taken advantage of.
