Not thrilled with my experience here, asked for a set of tires and needed a wheel bearing replaced was originally quoted just over 800 out the door. Then after I dropped it off they told me they quoted me the wrong part they needed the one with abs and it was better than twice the cost. I felt trapped since I needed it replaced for safety so I said fine, then they call me and say they broke a part on my car and was just gonna charge me cost for it. Then when I got the invoice they added on brakes that A:didn't need done and B: was never talked to me about first they just added it to my invoice. Ended with almost 1200 out the door and I was out my car for 4 days.

I bought 4 new tires for my truck, I was told they come with free tire rotation. I felt the price was very high but the free tire rotation and flat repair might be nice i thought so I purchase them. I have been going in a few times a month for 7 months now for the "free tire rotation" and they always tell me their too busy. I've gone in when they 1st open their doors with hardly a car in the parking lot and still I hear, we're too busy. I've asked if I could leave it there and get it later, still too busy. I called one time when they just opened and asked, if I have there in under 5 minutes could they do it. They told me yes but when I got there I was again told, they're too busy and there was hardly anyone there. Can I make a appointment, I asked but I was told it's first come 1st serve, yet when I'm the 1st one there, you guessed it, they're too busy. What a bunch of BS. I also had $2,400 worth of front end work done under warranty and there is something that needs addressed but I'm sure if I return, I'll get the same answer. Why would I pay their over inflated prices for a service that they don't ever plan on backing up? Looks like I'd be better off taking my business elsewhere.

I was highly impressed with this location! I was traveling from out of town and ended up with a blown tire. They got me in quickly and took great care of me. One of the managers, Alex, was especially helpfulhe walked me through the entire process, kept me informed, and made a stressful situation much easier. (I was also traveling with a toddler) The only reason I'm not giving a perfect review is that there seemed to be a noticeable difference in leadership styles. While some employees were working incredibly hard in nearly 80-degree weather, a few members of management appeared less involved. In a shop environment, the best leaders are often the ones willing to jump in and help when things get busy. Alex stood out because he was actively engaged and leading by example. Overall, I appreciate the team for getting me back on the road so quickly, and I especially want to recognize Alex for his outstanding customer service. When I pass through again I will make sure to bring my mechanical needs here!

Exceeded my expectations, they accepted the tire installation even though they were going to have to work after they closed to finish the installation. Great customer service and work. They have always been great with their service. I have been using them for 22 years

The store has sadly gone way downhill since Randy retired. I’ve been a customer for 22 years and never had any issues until recently. Somehow, they keep finding random issues & give the longest, runaround explanation. After an insanely high quote, I had a reputable mechanic fix the issue fairly for a portion of the cost. When I took it back to Les Schwab for the tires & alignment, another runaround & insanely high quote. I still don’t know if they did what they were supposed to do, & the kid wasn’t any help with a clear answer. I gave up trying. I won’t give them another dime.
