Wow! Just had an experience here that took me back to my childhood…amazing customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff paired with knowledgeable technicians. I don’t know what to say…I couldn’t be happier! All my problems were resolved. Honest work and fair pricing. I don’t think this place can be beat. Shout out to Billy! He’s the man!!!

Went in for an oil change, pre trip safety check, and brake check. I was charged extra for an oil change, yet no one called me ahead of time to confirm the additional work/ charges were okay. It wasn’t even until I asked that they gave me the itemized charges, which was about $50 extra in total compared to the dealership quote. Then about the brakes.. I was intending on getting them done prior to taking it in because I was told by multiple people they needed to be replaced due to the rust, the screeching sound, the lip, and the scratchers, and yet they said everything was fine. I go to take my car and leave and the car barely starts, the battery seems bad. But they didn’t even think to check that with the pre trip safety check, or if they did they did not properly notate. Once I got home the battery reader didn’t even show full charge. And on top of all of that, the tire pressure light was on when leaving which is a major red flag in itself being that it is a tire shop, and they supposedly checked it, and no the sensor doesn’t need to be manually reset, it does it on its own when fixed. All in all just be cautious, and get a second opinion prior to any roadtrips or work done by them. I did schedule an appointment ahead of time and they were very on top of it, which is a positive note.

After my brakes went completely out. They were able to repair it same day. What a load of stress is off my shoulders. I've always trusted Les Schwabs because they offer friendly and professional services. Thanks guys

Strongly recommend getting an appointment time, I called in this morning asking what the wait time would be I was told it would be an hour to an hour and 30 minutes. When I had showed up i was told 2 hours max ( car was dropped off at 9:40) didn’t get my car back till 2:13. Very upsetting

Hard working crew with good attitudes... we take all of our vehicles here for tires and suspension related issues. Matt's experience and professionalism are underrated. If he couldn't repair it, he knew where to start looking. Also, fantastic waiting room.
