Isaiah at the Stephens Street Les Schwab in Richland Washington should be promoted. He absolutely went above and beyond to get my car back on the road, ensuring my safety and comfort before sending me on my way. He was so professional and caring, I was impressed and pleased beyond measure. At the very least give him a raise. You'd do your company well to keep him happy and well paid. He serves your company and your customers both well. I have been using Les Schwab for 50 years and this was by far the best service I've ever had from your company.

SO THANKFUL for alll the workers here! The lady up front is super sweet, kind, and patient. I had needed a brake check and they were able to fit me in day of with no appointment. I had asked for some pictures and they were able to do that and show me the actual pad thickness. Then I had a single bolt I could not get it off, and I asked them to, not expecting them to actually do it, and they were able to get it off! 10/10 recommend

Very nice customer service. I got a bearing replaced here and later that day, I heard a new noise from the same wheel. I went back and they fixed up , no questions asked. A bit pricey, but they have a good warranty that can be serviced at any of their locations. Very happy to be in a quiet car again!

I originally went in just to fix a flat tire. They convinced me to buy new tires, which I agreed to. But right after I left, my car started vibrating and making loud noises, something it never did before. I went back the next day and they said they checked it, but then started telling me my car had other issues and tried to give me an estimate for things that weren’t even urgent. The main problem was still there. I went back again, and they told me everything was “fine,” but my car was still vibrating and making noise. In total, I had to go back FOUR times. I even had to speak to the manager because no one was actually fixing the issue. At one point, they told me the problem was a “cracked rim,” which didn’t make sense because my car never had that issue before. Even with my old tires, it never made those noises. Things got worse. One day I was driving on the freeway with my kids and the car started vibrating really bad and making a loud humming noise. It honestly scared me. I ended up taking it to a different mechanic, and they told me both front wheel bearings were damaged one was completely broken. I had to pay almost $1,000 to fix it. After fixing the wheel bearings, the problem was completely gone. No vibration, no noise. So I really don’t understand how they couldn’t catch something like that if they’re supposed to be the experts. At this point, I honestly feel like the damage may have happened when they installed the tires and they just didn’t want to take responsibility. Also, when I was one month late on a payment because I was sick, they kept calling and messaging me nonstop. It felt more like harassment than customer service. Overall, bad experience. Poor service, no real answers, and it ended up costing me way more money. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I just took in my boat trailer for inspection/service. The check-in was great, just friendly personal service! Alfredo handled the trailer and explained what he looked for and made suggestions on what and when I should take care of in the future. I’m happy because everything was good 👍. Oh, the free popcorn, fresh coffee, magazines and TV was great too 👏😀👍
