My fiancé and I took out Chevy suburban into this location to have a diagnostic done on our back brakes as there was some grinding going on. We expected their team to give us an accurate diagnosis and provide a reasonable quote for the work, however that did not happen. Instead they told us that there were several things wrong that needed to be addressed immediately, they quoted us over $1,800. We ended up buying all of the parts for everything they mentioned was wrong and took it to our friend who works on vehicles to fix up for us. Upon doing that it came to light that we did not need the majority of the parts they stated and the cost was roughly $250 for the parts we actually needed…. If you can, save yourself time and stress, don’t go here.

My tire pressure light came on and I stopped in on the way home from errands. The friendly service agent came immediately, checked the tires and adjusted the pressure as required. This is a FREE service, regardless of where the tires were purchased.

I think Les Schwab the man is rolling in his grave after seeing what has happened to his tire store. The whole reason Les Schwab was so popular was because of the service. People ran to your car and got you in and out. Not anymore. Arrive with a quickly flattening tire (Les Schwab tires in fact) and instead of being helpful they just say it will be a couple hours (there were seven cars in the parking lot) or they can make you an appointment. For a flat tire? I have exclusively purchased my tires only from Les Schwab since about 1990. There is NO reason to shop here anymore. Costco is cheaper and the service is the same.

Don’t come here to get a tire fixed! They’ll hit you with the signature “needs 4 new tires and an alignment” on a 2 year old car. Definitely of the ilk to take advantage of a woman. Shouldn’t have asked my wife to take it in for me! Now she’s got to drive it home with the screw still in it. I’ve bought many tires from Les in the past, had them rebuild the front end of my truck. But they won’t get another dime from me. Follow up note: Tire Store on Sprague said it was a simple straight forward repair, tires had good tread remaining and even wear. All things Les Schwab told my wife to try and convince her she needed to spend 2k.

Made an on-line appointment for yearly tire rotation, brake and battery inspection. They got me in ahead of time and finished quickly. I was advised everything was within specifications and no additional work needed to be done. No attempt to up sell anything. I have been going to Schwab's for years and have always been treated fairly.
