Extremely disappointing experience with Les Schwab. Do NOT recommend. I scheduled a brake check appointment a full week in advance and even called the day before to verify the appointment. My appointment was at 11:30 AM, and I dropped my vehicle off early at 11:15 AM. At 1:45 PM, more than two hours later, I called for an update and was told they were “just pulling it into the bay” and that it should be done shortly. Based on that information, my spouse dropped me back off at 3:30 PM. When I arrived, I discovered that NO ONE HAD EVEN LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE. It had been sitting there for more than four hours despite having a scheduled and confirmed appointment. When I asked what was going on, the response was essentially, “We’ll get right on it.” Seriously? What is the point of making an appointment a week in advance, confirming it the day before, and dropping the vehicle off early if you’re simply going to let it sit untouched for four hours? Even worse, I was given inaccurate information when I called for an update, which caused my spouse to make an unnecessary trip to drop me off. This is an absurd way to treat a customer’s time. If you are running four hours behind, communicate that. Don’t tell a customer their vehicle is being pulled into the bay when it apparently isn’t. Completely unacceptable customer service. Do better, Les Schwab.

I went in the other day to get my tire patched. While the did patch my tire for free, they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible and didn't seem very happy that I wouldn't spend any. First, the kid working on my tire called me and tried telling me my tread was dangerously low and that I should replace all 4 tires that day. I declined. Next he tried telling me that one of my tire pressure sensors was out which was odd because they were working perfectly fine the day before, and he told me I should spend almost $200 on a new one that day. I declined again. Then he tried to tell me my battery was bad and I should drop $200 something on a new one that day as well. I declined for a 3rd time. When I showed up to get my car, the workers were very standoff with me and seemed irritated that I didn't have to spend any money that day. I got my battery checked immediately after I left, was told it was working just fine. Checked my tread, and while yes it is going low, it's not low enough that I need to change my tires immediately. Also all of my sensors are working perfectly fine. This isn't the first time I've had les schwab try and scam me out of money and I can't help but think it's just because I'm a young girl and they think I don't know any better because I've spoken to multiple men and they've said they haven't had this experience there, but I know multiple women who have. This has honestly made me want to reconsider doing anymore business with this company.

This review is for this specific location, on Regal. I had been used to the above and beyond service and quality I got at the location in Colville. This store is not even close to what I had come to expect from Les Schwab. I bought new tires and have had nothing but issues. One of them is constantly low but there is no leak according to them. I went in one day just for air and they told me there WAS a leak so I changed plans and left my car there all day only to call them right before closing and have them tell me there was no leak and they were "just about to call me". When I went to pick up my vehicle the guy said he couldn't find the tool he needed for my locking hub or whatever. It was in the glovebox...where they had left it when they put the tires on. To cover for not even being able to remove the tire and still keeping it all day, he blamed my messy car on him not being able to find it. Again, it was right where THEY left it. The final straw and the reason for this review happened this morning. My brakes are bad so I took it to Golden Rule. My tires, bought brand new from Les Schwab, that were mounted and balanced by Les Schwab, that have been checked for issues since then at Les Schwab....aren't even balanced properly. The issues I thought were mechanical are a direct result of their inability to their job. Avoid this specific location at all costs. They've proven they can't identify or repair a leaking tire and they aren't even capable of properly mounting and balancing. Kind of embarassing to call yourself a Les Schwab at that point.

The Regal Les Schwab (Spokane South Hill) employees are incredible. I took my truck in for new tires and wheels. The service was prompt and excellent. The follow-up was even better. Justin helped me initially and then Brian helped with my follow-up questions.

Always great service at Les Schwab, I got my rear brakes done here. Competitive prices, fantastic service, clean and comfortable waiting room that did not smell like tires. Free popcorn and coffee. I reserved a spot online and they got me out fast. Highly recommended.
