Les Schwab Tire Center

I have always had a great experience at the Division street location! In addition to routine tire rotations, I had my rav lifted and larger tires and it came out great! 10/10 recommend this store. Always a positive experience. Knowledge and kind employees.

On June 15th, I took my car in for an alignment that couldn't be done due to a bad inner tie rod. Fast forward to August with less than a thousand miles since the last visit, I took my car back in to finally get the alignment done and they quoted me $1800 for stuff they didn't find the last visit and told me I needed new struts despite the old ones having only 5000 miles on them. The new quote also didn't specify what side of the vehicle needed specific parts replaced so there's no peace of mind they will replace the right part.

I am a wildland fire fighter visiting spokane to help with the raging wildfires. My type 6 engine needed one single new rim amd i had explained that we are a emergency vehicle and that it would be nice if it got done quickly, being as its a single rim and tire and we are needed for these wildfires. I am still waiting 4 hours later, I went to go look at the truck and in those four hours all that was done was the tire was taken off. I tried to ask how much longer and politely stress that time situation and it was met with attitude that made me feel like I was in the wrong. Very poor customer service from the receptionist lady and it seems they dont care for emergency personnel or the time constraints that come with being an emergency personnel. After this vist I will not be going to les shwab anymore and for good reason. Im just baffled that wildland firefighter get treated that way. Very unprofessional of les shwab as a whole.

My recent experience at Les Schwab on Division was stellar to say the least. I had a nail in my tire and they quickly repaired it. There is a great waiting room and free popcorn and the staff we're friendly and helpful. We also buy our tires from Les Schwab and their prices and service are hard to beat

I just had new OPEN RANGE A/T Plus tires mounted just in time for the first snow fall. I was able to make an appointment and drop my truck at 6:30 on the way to work. They had my new tires mounted and installed by 9:30. I couldn't believe that employees (managers) started showing up at 6:30. I've been Schwab's customer for over 40 years.
