I had an excellent experience with this automotive company from start to finish. The entire team treated me with respect, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. Communication was clear, timely, and honest, which made everything smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Nathan for providing outstanding customer service. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values its customers and takes pride in doing business the right way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service and great customer care.

Exceptionally kind employees HOWEVER they charged over $300 for inspection and report, then quoted a very high repair price (leading us to actually replace the car vs repair). We got a second opinion and found there to be no damage to the parts Level 1 noted. The issue was corrected for just $100. We requested even a partial refund of the $340 and they placed the burden on us to “prove it” in a variety of ways. We simply hoped for them to be at least fair.

Nathan and the entire L1 Automotive team were very professional and informative about the issues with my vehicle. They were able to get it running smoothly and road worthy. I knew the car would need a lot of work since it hadn't run in 3 years. Nathan constantly kept me updated. They never rushed through the diagnostics to make sure no errors were missed. I have been dealing with an electrical issue, Check Engine Light, on my 2015 GMC Truck for well over a year. During that time a friend recommended a shop he has worked with. After a week there, I picked it up, drove it home, light came on. Took it to a GMC Dealer and the same results. I found Level 1 Diagnostic Services through Tate Brothers Tire. Reading their reviews figured I would take a chance. Folks, this is the most professional, experienced diagnostic & repair shop anywhere. They kept me informed at every stage, and once they found the exact problem in the wiring harness, problem solved. I will only trust my automobile problems with “Level 1”. Trust me, call Liz or George….

Excellent service, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The staff is friendly and courteous and best of all transparent. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on with my car. They treat your car as if it was thier own and make sure nothing is left half fixed. They online ticket system was a breath of fresh air too as it allows you to see exactly what all has been done and the cost associated with the repair needed, I also really loved the ability to approve or decline anything on my ticket as as well. Thank you L1 for taking car of my odd ball car, the hearse.
