Low Price Auto Glass of El Paso

L.P.A.G Customer Service was Excellent.. They brought my Truck to their Bay Area and ran a Quick Diagnostic on my window and door,. Robert the mechanic was very nice and was able to show me the problem straight away…. They gave me 3 options to repair the problem , which consisted of time and money spent…. They were upfront and honest with me about everything… I highly recommend them for your Glass and mechanical issues with your windows… They are Good People..

Highly highly recommend!! I had a tiny rock chip in my windshield that from one day to the next turned into a huge crack across my windshield!! I called around for quotes and this place gave me the best quote and the best customer service. Mark was extremely friendly on the phone and offered to take care of my replacement that same day. We went in and Mark and Robert took care of my replacement and recalibration in about an hour, maybe even less! They helped me do the claim with my insurance and still gave me a discount from my deductible. They even offered to take care of a small rock chip my husband had in his truck at no additional cost! I love that they give a lifetime warranty as well. They have a giant TV in the waiting room and water and coffee so the wait did not feel long at all. Overall great experience and will definitely come back if need be!! :)

By far some of the best customer service you'll get ANYWHERE in El Paso, by far. Had the windshield on my Tundra replaced here. They were able to get me in and out on the same day with OEM windshield replacement and all necessary calibration and great pricing. Went in almost a year later for a minor chip repair (covered under warranty) and I was in and out immediately, probably not even 10 minutes! Mark I believe is his name, attended to me immediately and repair was done on the spot. Highly recommend for any auto glass services.

Fast and good customer service and quality work. Clear explanation of what was to be done and the price is excellent. I will definitely go to this business for my auto glass needs.

My moms windshield completely cracked at like noon and after looking this place up, finishing lunch, we drove from the other side of town, and it was completely replaced within 2 hours. For a 3rd of what we were quoted from Safelite.... Robert and Mark were excellent and very professional! HIGHLY recommend 👌🔥✨️🫶
