Lucken Auto Glass

I just had Drew replace my windshield while I was at work. He was incredibly kind and the work was done in an hour. Wade and Diana were so helpful in getting me set up with my insurance claim. Highly recommend for any of your glass or auto body needs! They are mobile, responsive, and do a fantastic job. Thank you!!

I had a great experience with Lucken Auto Glass. They got my windshield replaced almost immediately, handled the entire insurance claim process with me, and even came out to my workplace so I didn’t have to take time off. That level of convenience is hard to beat. The installation was fast, professional, and the new windshield looks perfect. The whole process—from filing the insurance claim to the mobile windshield replacement—was completely stress-free. If you need windshield replacement, auto glass repair, mobile auto glass service, or help working with your insurance company, I highly recommend Lucken Auto Glass. It’s refreshing to work with a local business that values great customer service, quality workmanship, and making things easy for their customers. I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need auto glass service.

My insurance originally wanted me to go through their partner company but after looking at their reviews as opposed to Lucken Auto glass I knew I could not go through them. I called Lucken and spoke to Brooke. I asked if she was able to see if my insurance would cover my windshield through them. She was quick to act and verified with a rep on the line that we were set to go! This was such a relief as the reviews spoke for themselves. On the day of service, Drew contacted me prior to arrival which was greatly appreciated. He inspected the car and gave me a time estimate of 45 minutes. I don’t know how, BUT he did it well under that time frame. Drew was not only kind but very efficient with his work. He explained to me where the crack may have came from and how it can happen to my car and others. I am very well pleased with the overall experience from start to finish and will be sure to refer Lucken Auto Glass for any auto needs they may offer not just windshield!

Andy and the team at Lucken took great care of my Jeep! Quick and easy scheduling, great communication, and took care of everything with my insurance company. Andy came to me in Osseo for the windshield replacement and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Lucken Auto Glass made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Their convenience alone sets them apart! They came directly to where I was parked and completed the repair in a very short amount of time. The service was fast, efficient, and handled with great care. Andy was extremely kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for high-quality auto glass service that’s seamless and stress-free, I highly recommend Lucken Auto Glass. Outstanding experience all around!
