I can’t say enough good things about Mass Auto Glass! After everything I had been dealing with, this was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Carlos went above and beyond from the very first phone call. Even while he was out of town, he stayed on top of everything, followed up with me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. His communication, patience, and dedication to his customers are truly unmatched. He found the window I needed and had me scheduled the very same day, just a few hours later. When I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I only waited about 10 minutes to be checked in, and my car was finished in about 45 minutes. The entire process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. The pricing was amazing. I called several other places beforehand, and every quote I received was almost double what I paid here. It’s hard to find businesses that offer this level of quality, honesty, and fair pricing. I’m truly grateful that God put Carlos and Mass Auto Glass in my path today. They turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience, and I couldn’t be more thankful. The passenger door window shattered from debris on the highway and needed replacement. Initially I booked an appointment with Safelite to replace the window in my driveway. Their technician showed up with the wrong glass, and told me they would call to reschedule. I never received a call, and could not get a person on the phone by calling their customer service number. I found Mass Auto Glass on google, and called for a quote. I called at about 8AM and left a voicemail. I explained in my voicemail I may not be available to answer my phone during the day. Dan, the owner texted me in a short time with a quote for an exceptional price, and explained he would be able to have the glass the next day and perform the replacement. I replied, and long story short, I showed up the next day at the agreed upon time. They estimated 45mins to install my glass. I opted to wait, and sure enough, after about 45mins my car was done. I paid, and was out of there in a flash. I am very satisfied with the work performed, the very reasonable price, and the stress free experience. Now a days with AI, and automated phone numbers.. things that are supposed to make things easier, it seems like you can't get a simple thing accomplished. So I usually NEVER write reviews, but Mass Auto Glass absolutely deserves one. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Carlos was so attentive, communicative, informative and willing to take extra steps to make sure everything went smoothly and stress-free for me throughout this ENTIRE process. I also really appreciated that they communicated through text messages. With my work schedule, texting is so much easier and more convenient for me. They kept me updated every single step of the way, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. It honestly surprised me that they aren’t rated 5/5 already, because this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely ONLY be getting my glass and any other services they offer done here moving forward. Highly recommend!
