Max Auto Glass

I went to Max Auto Glass today for a windshield replacement. I am blown away by how seamless and quick everything went! I called this morning about getting my windshield replaced because the heat stress caused my windshield to crack over the weekend. I called about 9:30 this morning, made an appointment for 10, dropped off my car, and they are finished at a little after 1. Everything was seamless and everyone I worked with was professional. After meeting at the front desk, Juan came out and I showed him my windshield that needed to be replaced. He said he would be right on it, so I left him my keys and went about my day. Just a couple of of hours later they called me and let me know they were finished. Everything appears to be in working order and I encountered no problems with the cruise control or lane assist/departure feature on my car on the way home. At this point, I am overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism I experienced here. I would definitely recommend checking out this place if you're in need of any glass repair service. I was not able to meet the mobile installer so i left my truck unlocked for him. When i got back, I was impressed by the quality of the install. Glass looks amazing and the trim around the glass was perfect. 👌🏼

A crack formed on my windshield as I was starting a move from Las Cruces to Tucson so I researched several options in Tucson. I called Max Auto Glass and received a reasonable quote immediately and scheduled the windshield replacement for the next day after the move. Communications were clear as described and Chris the technician called me to confirm the timeframe for arriving at our complex. He was on time and very informative about the process and respectful. The replacement took about 45 minutes and Chris reinstalled the rear view mirror and our toll sticker and even hid wiring for a dash cam behind plastic trim. You know when you are dealing with a quality person and business and I highly recommend Max Auto Glass. Chris is a tremendous asset! Thank you again!

I had a shattered window in the evening and put a request on their website that evening. The following morning they called for a follow up with an estimate and were able to get me scheduled for a same day install which I wasn’t anticipating but was VERY happy about! Anthony was the tech and was amazing. He called before he showed up (you never know they’ll actually call lol) and explained what he was going to do since he was going to do since he needed to take a side panel off. My kids wanted to watch and he was very kind to it. He cleaned up very well after himself and was so respectful and compassionate. I know I’m just a number, but he didn’t rush off and run away. The only recommendation I’d make is when somebody makes a “contact me” inquiry on their website is that an email is sent that “we will get with you” with like the make a model of the vehicle or something because when they called this morning to follow up I had no idea I had even contacted them because every other company sent me a follow up email with said information except this company… BUT other than that, everything was WONDERFUL. Whoever called for the quote was also very nice! Very pleasant experience for something that isn’t fun to deal with.

For some reason my finished pics won't load but Jose showed up and showed out in about 30 minutes. Professional service and great guidance on next steps. Definitely satisfied at this point!
