Called asking for a quote for a windshield provided all the info she asked 20 questions, she decided to hang up on me. I called and got the shop the girl laughed and said I’m definitely not going to be the one calling them you do it when I told her that I got a lower price and she can call that company to confirm it. What a bunch of clowns

Cant say enough about the service. From the initial call with Tyler who was super friendly and the tech Will who completed the service I am satisfied. Will went above and beyond with making me understand the need for my car to be calibrated also not only was he on time but and knowledgeable and helped me understand my car. While driving from Louisiana into Mississippi, a large truck passed by and a rock struck my windshield, causing a crack that quickly spread across the glass. Once I arrived at my destination, I researched several repair companies and contacted Metro Glass. They responded the same day to assess the damage; however, the windshield required a full replacement rather than a repair. Will returned the following day to my workplace and replaced the windshield. The service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the customer care was outstanding. The entire process was handled with professionalism from start to finish. If you need glass replacement services, I highly recommend giving them a call.
