Metro Glass Omaha

I came here to have a chip filled. Their website advertised $19.99 in-shop chip fill. Scheduling was immediate. Unfortunately, my chip spread and I was left with having to replace the windshield. Ryan was very helpful in offering as much of a price accommodation as possible, but ultimately I was able to file a claim through insurance to pay my deductible and have it replaced. The entire process was, all things considered, smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate the flexibility in the scheduling and trying to make the replacement more affordable. I will totally continue to use Metro Glass for any future auto window needs.

Staff was great. Everything was explained well. They patched a chip in the wind shield from a rock. Repair was as described for a good price and done in under 30 minutes from my scheduled time. I would use them again.

This place is so wonderful to do business with. They are a true asset to the community. They will perform honest work, stand by their word and make sure everything is perfect. I came here for a windshield replacement and after it was installed they weren’t completely satisfied with the product they installed after noticing the tiniest of flaws. A week later I returned and they made it right. It’s so comforting to know there’s honest businesses out there who still take pride in their craft and want to ensure the customers are well taken care of. Because of their honesty I won’t second guess coming back here again if I ever need glass work. They are second to none in Omaha.

When my BRAND NEW vehicle got a rock chip, I was absolutely devastated and knew I needed to find someone I could trust with my vehicle to repair the damage. After researching and checking reviews, I went with Metro Glass, and I'm so glad I did! The entire process from start to finish-- booking to repair to payment-- was incredibly easy and pain-free. And with the $19.99 charge for rock chip repair, the price is impossible to beat! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was initially told I had TWO chips right next to each other that would have to be repaired and billed as two fixes, but they were so efficient they managed to get them both with just one! This efficiency and care is just one indicator of their great customer service-- they are there to take care of you, not to take advantage or take your money. Because it was a chip repair, it's all structural so the chips are still visible, but it's much less defined than they were before I came in and I'm incredibly happy with it! I can barely see it unless I look for it-- even my camera wouldn't focus on it without my finger there for it to focus on to take a picture of the repair! I'm so grateful for the staff at Metro Glass and I'm so glad I chose them for my repair. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of it!
