Will was easy to work with. Had one small issue with a broken window switch and it was fixed in a timely manner. Overall easy process.

Went to get my car inspected about 30 minutes after they opened, and they took me in within five minutes. They were professional and provided a clean, calm environment while I waited. Honestly, my only complaint, and I really went back and forth on whether to mention this, is that while I was waiting for my car to pass inspection, an employee pulled up and parked in the only clearly marked handicapped parking space. MA plate: BRONC2 Her vehicle didn’t have handicapped plates, and she didn’t have a placard hanging from the rearview mirror. She spent about ten minutes in the back before leaving. I know it’s not the biggest issue, and maybe she had a right to park there, but the optics weren’t great.

My experience at Modern was actually rocky at first. The communication with the service department could have been better. But when I posted my original review, the owner, Joe, reached out and took significant steps to set things right. Also, the technician who did the work was careful to document everything very precisely, with pictures. So at the end of the day, I would recommend coming here for service if you’re in the area.

I found a car I loved on the website. After a few email messages, I decided to drive down and take a look. It was love at first sight! Ethan walked me through the car and we took it for a test drive. I hadn’t planned on financing through the dealer, but they were able to get me the same rate as my credit union. The whole process was quick and easy. Even though Modern is 45 minutes from home, I’m considering going there for regular maintenance. Everyone I have been in contact with there has been friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
