Monadnock Auto Glass / Northeast Auto Glass

Had my windshield replaced on a 2013 Ford Transit van. They did a magnificent job, I had several bar code strips on there and they were removed and applied to the new glass. They vacuumed the glass chips up leaving things nice and clean. Excellent service from the office to the shop. The price was reasonable. I will not hesitate to come back here.

First time coming to this shop and had an awesome experience. Called early Monday morning to explain my issue over the phone and Jillian had me booked in for 8am the next day. My truck was dropped off and within 30 seconds of me leaving they had it taken in to start looking at it. I got a phone call before I even got home confirming the issue I had with my window and within less than a few hours the truck was ready for pick up. Excellent/friendly service and excellent pricing as well. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I’ve been using Monadnock Auto Glass for years and my most recent service by them was twice in a few months span 😳 Every experience has been excellent. They’re quick, professional, and genuinely personable—you really get that local, customer-first feel. What really stands out is their ability to fully configure the vehicle after installation, just like a dealership would. That level of service makes a huge difference and gives total peace of mind. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a small chip in my front windshield that I had ignored for several months. In the last couple of months it had grown to about 3/8 of an inch. I took it in to Monadnock Auto Glass to try to save the windshield. They took it in same day and filled the crack. It worked perfect! They arrested the crack from spreading any farther. I've attached 2 photos, one close up and one overview (the reflection is my garage ceiling:)). You can't even see the old crack, perfect! They're honest and their prices are very fair, well below the nationals like Safelight. I would HIGHLY recommend Monadnock Auto Glass.

I had a dent right next to my windshield and the windshield near the dent was shattered. They are the SAME PRICE to come to your house as it is to go to the shop! They worked in the small window of time it wasn’t raining this week and even banged out the dent the best they could when they 100% were not expected to. They took a wire brush and cleaned off rust that was around the edge of where the windshield goes before putting the new one on. They were over the moon nice and genuine people. Best price I could find around here and best people. Customer service answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. They drove about an hour to my house just days after I made the phone call. I trust them with anything I need in the future.
