MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS

I just had my windshield replaced by a technician named Eddie. He did a fantastic job both with his work and making me very comfortable. And I have to say that Suzy, I believe in dispatch, was AWESOME !!Definitely a company that can be trusted.

Most amazing people. I called them because they had great reviews on Google. Their service did not disappoint in any department. The lady on the phone was very polite and courteous. They were able to fix my chipped windshield within a few hours of my call by coming to my house. The gentleman who did the fix did an amazing job. Perfection!!

Very Professional company ! I called about my windshield being broken and the lady in the office was Extremely helpful and so kind ! Helped me with contacting my insurance company and they came out the next day right to my house and replaced my glass. The installer was very Professional, very kind and very clean. He even transferred over my Registration, Inspection sticker and Car Wash sticker to the new glass. I must say I was very impressed with the service I received with this company! Thank you Mr.Windshield !!!

Replacement of my windshield was handled with the best of care. Office staff was knowledgeable and helpful getting all my insurance claim completed. They were able to work with my schedule within reason so I could be available as needed for the technician to have access to my vehicle. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable as well so the overall professionalism was worth the 5 stars. I would use this company again and recommend to others. Location use was the one on Crescent rd. Thank you!

Great job! Initially, I had an appointment with a national company to replace my car’s windshield but I was not happy with the process and timing of ordering the parts needed. I am glad I switched the company and contacted the Mr. windshield Auto Glass. From the beginning, Suzy was very helpful in ordering the parts needed to replace my car’s windshield in timely fashion, keeping me informed about its status, making appointment on a day and the time that was most convenient for me, and following up until the technician arrived my house. The technician, Rocco, did an excellent job in replacing the windshield. Very friendly and professional staff and technician. Thank you!
