First of all, Suzy at the front desk was fantastic. You can tell right away that her number one goal is to make your experience as good as it can be. And on top of that, she was a blast to talk with while the job was being done. Now let's talk Rocco, the windshield installer. There can be no windshield installer that is better at the job. He was as fast and efficient as possible. I am so pleased with the whole experience. And the cost was very affordable. I truly appreciate you guys. Thank-you.

Had a windshield replaced at a cost of more than $600. Chose this company because of positive reviews. After the replacement, driving home I noticed a large scratch on the interior of the glass. Called the next morning and sent a picture. They are blaming me for this. When asked about their responsibility to fix it they reiterated multiple times that they triple check their work and it must be my fault. I attempted to talk to management but they never called back. Finally spoke to someone and got the exact same response. They do not stand behind their work. Was told the same thing, once I drive off, it is my responsibility. Needless to say I would think twice before using this company even if their reviews seem positive.

Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! 🙏
