Nations Auto Glass - Augusta

I waited until after running my car through a car wash before leaving a review, and I'm happy to say the work held up perfectly. This shop was outstanding from start to finish. They replaced my window quickly and professionally, and I had the opportunity to speak with the owner while I was there. We talked about a review that raised concerns about water leaks, and he explained that water leaks after installation are one of the most common concerns customers ask about. He confidently stands behind his work with a guarantee and has clearly raised the standard for his team. What impressed me most was watching him actively check his team's work to ensure it met his standards. He was also willing to beat competitors' prices while still taking the time to genuinely get to know his customers instead of rushing people through. It's rare to find that combination of quality workmanship, competitive pricing (which he pushes hard for), and customer service these days. The repair was done right, the customer experience was excellent, and I left feeling confident in the work performed. If I ever need auto glass work again, this will be my first stop.

We had a great experience with Nation Auto Glass. Don was able to do same day repair which was a life saver. We were in and out in a little less than an hour, him and his team made our time there smooth & easy. Thanks for the repair in such short notice.

I can’t say enough great things about this auto glass shop! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The customer service was next-level — incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Every question I had was answered clearly, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Not only was their price the best in town, but the service was unbelievably fast. I was amazed at how quickly they got everything done without cutting a single corner. The installation was flawless — you can tell they take real pride in their work. It’s rare to find a business that combines professionalism, affordability, speed, and top-tier craftsmanship all in one place. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing auto glass work. Thank you Don for helping my son out, Five stars all the way!

I came here because it was a little bit cheaper than their competitors. I left 2 days later my whole passenger side floor was soaked and my dash had a steady stream coming in. I took it back they worked on it then I took it to the car wash to wash it to see if it still leaked and turns out it was even worse. They 3rd time in there it’s not leaking but you can see in the last picture the seal is all crooked and looks like it will probably eventually leak again since the seal looks crooked. Saving 50$ upfront to turn around and have to take off work 2 more days to bring it in turns out it cost me way more in my time off work. I recommend trying somewhere else!

Nations Auto Glass provided an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the initial quote until the windshield was repaired. The windshield repair was scheduled quickly, and mobile service was offered for convenience. The technician finished the windshield repair in a very timely manner (less than 20 minutes) and did an amazing job, resulting in a perfect-looking new windshield! The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the price was very competitive. I recommend Nations Auto Glass as the go to windshield repair and replacement center for any auto glass needs! They also give you a warranty on the finished work so if anything ever happens all you have to do is bring it by the shop and they will fix it!!
