New England Auto Glass LLC

Horrible customer service. Tech would not install window after keeping my car all day because no payment was left (billed thru insurance company. Then I was lied over the phone to by the receptionist. I would go anywhere but there again. Good luck if you do go with them. Count on a full day and crap customer service

Absolutely love going here. They are kind and honest. I've had to go for actual breaks in my windows, and chips. The prices are fair and they help you with your insurance company. On top of that they tell you FREE OF CHARGE if your window is fine. Went there this morning to get a chip filled and they told me that it was just a scuff and would be fine. Asked if I owed anything, and they said not if they aren't fixing anything. We need more honest places like this.

I am an out of towner! They came highly recommended! After being given insane quotes from other companies they were honest and fair in their quote. I had something wrong with the paneling afterwards but Chad came right back, fixed it and showed me what was wrong. I highly recommend any day of the week!!! Hard to find honest car repair places these days that explain exactly what they are doing as they do it so you know what's happening!

Dean was awesome schedule was hectic and I had to reschedule a few times and he was completely understand. As well as he was very understanding and gave me a great deal for the installment. He quoted an hour and it took maybe 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any of the many services they offer!

We were traveling through NH/Vermont when our windshield cracked. They were able to schedule us within a few days of calling them despite this being the busy holiday season, and the job was done very efficiently. They were extremely friendly and helpful too. Strongly recommended!
