I had an incredible experience with Next Gen Auto Care in Londonderry. Russell and Jake are genuinely great people, and it’s obvious that they take a lot of pride in their business. They stay on the leading edge of automotive technology and are up to date with everything, which gave me a lot of confidence that my Honda Insight was in the right hands. The waiting room is also really nice and comfortable, John and Meg, the service advisors, were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. From the people to the facility to the quality of the service, everything about my experience was excellent. It’s not often you find an auto repair shop that combines great people, modern technology, and outstanding customer service this well. I would absolutely recommend Next Gen Auto Care to anyone looking for a shop they can trust!

I had an excellent experience with NextGen Auto Care and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them. I had been told by Team Nissan that an issue with the rear of my vehicle would require auto body work. NextGen Auto took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that it was actually much simpler—the rear trunk latch needed to be replaced and properly connected. They also addressed the related sensor/alarm issue and reset the system. While I was there, they completed an oil change and tire rotation as well. What impressed me most was their honesty and straightforward approach. Instead of recommending unnecessary or expensive work, they identified what was actually wrong and fixed it properly. I had been taking my vehicle to Team Nissan in Manchester for years, but after the service I received from NextGen Auto, I won’t be going back to the dealership. NextGen has earned my business going forward. If you’re looking for an auto shop that is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and trustworthy, I highly recommend NextGen Auto Care. It’s reassuring to find a place where you can feel confident that you’re being told what your vehicle actually needs. Five stars.

After the diagnosis on why my air conditioning was not working when i got home i received a detailed report on my car via e mail... like an MRI for your car. Amazing to see such a detailed report with pictures. Suggest everyone get this done to understand upcoming issues that are visible under and around the car. I have never seen such amazing detail on a car ... well done and very impressive. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable have already told my friends about this hidden treasure. Clean comfortable waiting room area as well. 5 star experience...except for my repair issues!!!!

If you're looking for an auto mechanic that provides a quality service then Next Gen Auto is the answer! I have never experienced better service anywhere. First the dropbox lockbox system is convenient for anyone who can not drop their car off or pick their car up during normal business hours. Then once they have your car in they go from front to back and let you know anything and everything that is wrong with your vehicle. They put that information in a report and send it to you in an email so you can go through everything. Then they allow you to pick and choose what you want to prioritize. They'll work with you to knock out the other issues on the list at you convenience. The result was as I hoped for, my vehicle runs better than it ever did and Next Gen is still working with me to resolve all of the other issues they found with my vehicle. From the actual repairs to referrals. Now we're taking my wife's car in and in doing so she found they provide a loaner service you can utilize if you need a vehicle while they're working on yours. If nothing else do yourself a favor and do some research on next-gen auto I'm sure you'll decide to take your car there after you've done so! And if you do you will be very happy that you did! my car was making an odd noise and needed 2 new tires. i went to book an appointment monday and got in the next day. they got the inspection done very efficiently and quickly. everybody i encountered was very friendly and they have beverages and such while you wait for your car which is appreciated. the services where done by today and my car is no longer making noises and the tires were installed. they did a very good job and i appreciate the work done for me!
