NorthWest Auto Glass LLC

A rock from a cement truck bounced off my front windshield on the way to work. Watched in horror as the little crack slowly grew and moved across half of my windshield. NW Auto Glass answered all my dumb questions, ordered the OEM glass I needed and installed within a few days. Great work and easily handled all the insurance paperwork too. Highly recommend!

I initially contacted a well known company to see if they would repair my windshield seal that was torn . I was surprised that they said they “did not do that“ This worked out much in my favor, as I discovered Northwest Auto Glass which is a family run company run by Surgy his wife, two sons, and daughters; all of whom could not be nicer or more professional and efficient than anyone can ever expect. Directly as a result of my initial interaction with them not only did I have my F150 repaired; I was so happy with the work that the very next day I had them do my wife’s car, which had several rock chips on her Subaru’s windshield. Once again they went above and beyond. In general, a great family of friendly and knowledgeable people to work with, I recommend them very highly. I will never again seek out the well-known “will come to you” company.

I had to get 2 door windows and my windshield replaced and I was able to get the 2 doors done in a morning and they got me in the next day. Everyone else was 1-2 weeks out. They did a great job and worked with my insurance and they were all very kind and helpful! Hopefully I don’t need glass work done again but I’ll come back if I do!

Great customer service and great work. I had my drivers side front glass broken as well as a seal for the window damaged in a parking lot by a company and needed it fixed urgently to be able to secure my car again. Once I contacted NorthWest Auto Glass they worked with me and were able to order the parts that night and I brought the vehicle in the next morning to be repaired. The repair was quick and professional, and though I did not pay for it I found the price to be very reasonable. The waiting room was also nice and overall it was a great experience. Will be going here going forward for any auto glass needs and would highly recommend!

I normally don't leave reviews but great service, took a bit longer than expected due to them removing some rust around my window (which they sanded and treated), got an older van, so she's a bit of a project. They took the time to fix the issue before replacing the window. The window turned out amazing and clear. Just beautiful job! I also paid out of pocket and it was a great price for the work they provided. I will hopefully not be back but if something happens - I'll be back!
