Poor communication and poor support. The replacement windshield was fine. My problem was with poor communication and poor support. When I picked up my car, I discovered my remote car starter wasn't working and was missing the antenna module attached to the windshield. The office clerk defensively stated they don't have anything to do with the remote starter. I noted it worked when I brought it in and now it wasn't. She consulted with her tech who advised he left the module tucked in the visor while the glue dried, and I should come back in a few days to have it installed. I said there wasn't any sense doing that until we figured out what was wrong with it. Again, I heard a defensive response they didn't have anything to do with it. No tech came out to look at my problem. So, I had to trace the wiring and discovered the plug had been dislodged from the module. An easy fix but one they should have addressed. A greater concern with the poor communication is that if I had a family member pick up the car, they could have been startled by the module unexpectedly dropping from the visor while driving. In summary, windshield glass is fine just poor communication and poor support.

I was able to talk to a “real” person at the shop who fit me in for a windshield chip repair. They were on time and were finished in fifteen minutes. Great service!
