Novus is a great company and performed an awesome windshield replacement. Very knowledgable and upfront about a possible costs. Very quick and quality work.

It’s Like My Car Got LASIK.... Big shoutout to Novus Glass—these folks are windshield wizards. I rolled in with a cracked-up, bug-splattered Alaskan classic and rolled out with what felt like a 4K, HDR, IMAX-certified piece of glass. I’m not saying it changed my life, but I might have seen a moose wink at me on the way home. They had my windshield in stock (Alaskan miracle), scheduled me for the next day, and had it done in under an hour. I barely had time to finish a cup of coffee. They also worked with my insurance, so I didn’t have to fill out a mountain of paperwork or sacrifice a goat to the claims gods. If you live in Alaska, cracked windshields are just a lifestyle—like snow tires and saying “it’s not that cold.” But trust me, you don’t realize how bad it was until you drive with a new one and suddenly feel like your truck just got glasses. Highly recommend Novus. Fast, friendly, efficient… and they made my truck look like it finally got its act together. Edit 06/25/2026: I had the glass replaced again because a rock flew up and cracked my windshield. Called up Novus and as always they took car of it. When I get another cracked windshield on my 4Runner next year I’ll update this again🤣🤣 Thanks Team Novus🤙

Novus Glass of Anchorage was outstanding. I took my truck in yesterday for a windshield chip repair, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they got everything scheduled and completed the same day. I also had the chance to talk with the owner, and it was clear he genuinely cares about his customers, their safety, and the quality of the work. Highly recommend.

Novus was able to get me in the next day at a time that was perfect for my schedule. The ding seal appointment was very quick. The staff is friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again and will recommend.
