I've used novis before and they did a great job. After the bad hailstorm last year my car needed a new windshield. I didn't call anywhere else just brought it here they did great work last time. When I picked it up there was glass still inside the vehicle and I'm talking a lot not just a couple bits, whatever I can clean it myself. The seal on the outside seems to me like it would let water pool up in the top corners and not properly drain off causing issues. Then I called safelite and they were ganna charge a little over half of what I paid here. I went in person the next day. The younger kid that came out to look at it first seemed annoyed and told me "safelite is cheap" when I asked why it was so much. I'm guessing the owner or manager was the next one to come out couple mins later. He at least offered to clean out the glass, but just pointed out the rust spots starting around the windshield. Ya that's why I'm questioning the trim around the windshield if its ganna hold ice and water and rust more. I added some silicone to the 2 top corners I didn't like and just let it be knowing I wont use them again. It's my camping rig/ winter daily I dont drive it a ton. Went to pop the hood today mouths later and found they also broke my hood release. You dont gatta pull it that dam hard it opens fine, well did open fine. So I'll make a review and share my experience.
