NOVUS Glass of Des Moines

Brayden was my tech. He drove to Ottumwa to fix an RV window. Very quick process. When he told me it wouldn’t be long, I asked if could watch. He said sure, and even explained the process and steps to me as he went. Janet was my phone connection, and she did a great job of walking me through, making sure we understood the job and making sure everything was ready to go. Thank you Novus, awesome customer service!

Mike Routh has always provided excellent service and quality work for our business. Sometimes we have multiple windshield replacement requests per month and every time he’s timely, efficient, and so personable.

Mike is the best! They are super fast and have had no issues. I manage the Enterprise in Urbandale and they have replaced/repaired at least 100 windshields for us and are always perfect.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They put the back window in a 63 impala in a few minutes, cleaned up and did a great job. I. Would recommend them to anyone that windows replaced in your classic car. I

Mike and Trent did an exceptional job on my windshield. I came in on thurs, and had a next day appt. This was self-inflicted damage as I was replacing the wiper blades. Their price was within $5 of Safelite, so I chose to support a local business. I encourage you to visit NOVUS for your vehicle window repairs, replacements, tinting, and enhancements. update: there was an issue with the initial windshield installation. Novus repaired the issue quickly, no questions asked, and at no additional expense. Thank you!
