NOVUS Glass of Pryor

Terrible communication and lacks basic customer service. I am sure they do good work. However I never got the chance to use them. I had a special order for a vehicle and prepaid over $1,000 so I could ensure the order was put in and the work would be handled since this was for our primary vehicle and we needed it done quickly. Brandi seemed annoyed when I would request an update on the status which was mostly through text since many companies do that now. They apparently ordered the wrong glass which we found out almost two weeks after ordering it. I had ended up calling the Ford dealership they ordered it through and found out the answer in 3 minutes. Instead of an apology and a kind reassurance that they would see what they could find, she was rude in her response and basically chided us. We called the corporate office about it who had the local owner reach out to us who basically said sorry she ordered the wrong part, but nothing about how Brandi handled the situation. We never berated her for the mix up since that happens sometimes. I guess the owner is okay with this kind of behavior so I decided to use Robinson Glass in Tulsa over an hour from us.

We have used them 2 different times for 2 different things. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, courteous!! They always work hard to get your vehicle done in a timely manner and the quality of their work is top notch!! Highly recommend them for any vehicle glass needs!!

Novus has done 2 different glass replacement for us. Their estimates were $100+ less from one estimate and $200+ less than the other I got. They do great work and are very efficient.

I had my windshield replaced at Novus Glass of Pryor, and I spoke with Randy, he did a great job. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy. The work was high quality, and I’d definitely recommend them! It was also a bonus I got my pikepass sticker replaced in the office when I picked up my car!

I got a chip fixed on my windshield for a great price. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Very helpful and professional.
