NOVUS Glass of Saint Albans

Very easy install appointment, done at my home and didn’t take very long at all

Had a pretty bad chip in my travel trailer windshield. I didn’t get the guys name but he was here on time and friendly and polite. Did a fantastic job on the chip. He was done and gone in less than a half hour.

Great experience and brilliant customer service all around. I submitted a request for a quote online to get two windshield chips repaired, got a call back the same day and got an appointment the next day. Terri was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, as was the technician at the shop. Very comfortable waiting room and their service was fast ; in and out in under 30 minutes and the chips are barely visible now. Safelite quoted me over $209, but Terri quoted me $50 ($25 per chip). Choose Novus every time !

Great place! Had my windshield replaced. From start to finish I was very happy with the associates, communication, before and after appointment, waiting area, and the price!

Great experience at NOVUS Glass in St. Albans. This was the third place I tried calling--here I actually spoke to a real, live human! That was the first point in its favor. Secondly, Arianna was very professional and competent, and booked the repair quickly and conveniently. Thirdly, the appointment took less time than expected and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend NOVUS Glass to others. One note: the waiting area is basically a stool in front of the counter, so you might want to go for a walk or visit a local coffee shop if you have an appointment that will take more than 15 minutes or so.
