The best part of this experience besides the repair was dealing with Tim, the owner. He was so very kind and helpful concerning insurance claims, or not. He was very helpful and their service was very prompt. They also own the adjoining boutique, Jolie Blonde, where I frequently shop. I bought 2 dresses while my repair was done. I would highly recommended NOVUS for windshield repair or replacement

What should have been a straightforward tint job somehow required multiple attempts, and even after repeated visits, the work was still not completed correctly. Rather than taking responsibility and making sure the work was done right, there always seemed to be a new excuse for why the mistakes happened or why the results weren't up to standards. The customer service was even more disappointing. Staff were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The most surprising part, however, was having the owner get in my face and tell me that I wasn't allowed to tell other people about my negative experience. As a customer, I found it shocking that the solution to poor service was apparently to discourage honest feedback rather than addressing problems. I understand that mistakes happen in any business. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, this company chose excuses over accountability, hostility over professionalism, and intimidation over customer service. Horrible for a business owner not to be humble or take accountability. I will never be going back and I hope other people don't either. If you're considering using this business, I would strongly rethinking your choice. I certainly wish I had.

These guy did a great job on my Explorer and they had fair prices for the replacement and installation of my new window. Now I was going let the do my tint on the replacement window but the price was a little to high for one window. But overall great place for window replacement.
