NOVUS Glass of West Shreveport

These guys are very fast, friendly, and attentive about the quality of their inventory. They were one of the few places in town to give me an honest quote for the exact quality and brand of glass I requested, and actually helped me when I needed more information before purchasing. Thank you, West NOVUS!

I chose Novus because I didn’t have a lot of time and when I called them, they were very helpful and told me I would not have a long wait.. I was very happy when I arrived and Morgan initiated the insurance claim for my glass chip repair. When I called around other people told me I could come in, but I had to have my insurance claim done in advance. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of time and does not like dealing with insurance companies, that was an instant turn off. Morgan literally picked up the phone and handled everything for me which was a huge relief. They had me in and out and under 30 minutes and the glass chip is unrecognizable. I could not be happier.

Trey and his team at Novus glass are top of the field providing fast and professional service to customers like myself. I use them for my personal and Business glass needs. They also have the best prices around. If you are in need of Glass repair or replacement go where you are treated well. Novus Glass!

This is my 3rd visit for services here. Each time just as excellent as the previous. I have had my car inspected a couple of times and the experienced a friendly positive attitude with speedy service. I had a couple of rock chips repaired in my husbands SUV and they were seamless! I then visited to have my car windows tinted with ceramic tint for this hot sunny Louisiana climate. It has made all the difference! The staff are knowledgeable patient and friendly!! They explained all the options and showed samples to help me make the best decision. The service is fast but excellent! I can’t recommend them enough!

I had Novus Glass tint both my car and the windows in my previous home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. For my car, the install was clean with zero bubbles, perfect edge-to-edge coverage, and they helped me pick the right shade to stay legal in Louisiana while still cutting heat. Huge difference in cabin temp already. For the house, they tinted my west-facing windows that were turning my living room into an oven every afternoon. The glare is gone, my AC isn’t fighting all day, and you can barely tell the film is there from inside. Crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up everything. Pricing was transparent and competitive for the quality of film. Highly recommend Novus Glass for auto and residential tint. Will be back if I need anything else done.
