Olsen's Auto Glass

I was already very pleased with the overall experience with getting my window replaced here, and to top it off, they also put my rearview mirror back on for free. I hope I don't get my window broken again, but if I do, I'll certainly be coming back! Thanks guys!

From the time I called them to when my window was fixed was about 24 hours. Overnighted the window I needed, got it swapped with the broken one within the hour I was quoted, and cheaper than I was quoted. 10/10, hopefully my car doesn't get broken into again, but if it does I'll be coming back to Olsen's Auto Glass.

We took our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe there and got it fixed within an hour and a half. They scheduled us the day after we called and were the most affordable place we could find. They even switched over a lane county park pass we had on the cracked window for us. We're definitely going back if we ever need work on our vehicles' windows.

My mechanic Jamie at small World Auto recommended Olsons for headlight restoration. After a few minutes on the phone with the gentleman who I just spoke with today at 3:47PM I had to hang up… If you can’t get phone customer service right I will not proceed with booking services. Customer service tip: Place someone at the counter who knows what they are taking about or knows how to lead a conversation when someone is inquiring. Competent in their communication is key. The one star is for my first interaction with them and not toward any services.

I had a leak in my Ford F-150 and thought it was the windshield seal. I had it dropped off at Olsen’s after making arrangements with them. After water testing it, the driver’s side window seal fell down and water poured in. They called me the same day to explain what the problem was. All the other seals were fine. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. I was expecting a big bill! I wasn’t able to pick the truck up on Friday, Feb 27, but Olsen’s assured me they’d keep in in their shop over the weekend and there was no problem. I wasn’t able to get it picked up until Tuesday, but they said no problem! My parents had an auto repair and towing business in Humboldt County (Northern California) for 37 years until they retired. Olsen’s Auto Glass’s service and friendliness was so reminiscent of the way my parents’ business was run. Both of my brothers worked there too. I really like the friendliness of the person I dealt with on the phone (3 different times). I can see why they are a successful family business. If I or my family ever need auto glass replaced or repaired, we will only go to this company. Photo is of R& A Mobile Detailing today, cleaning the interior after the leak. I highly rate them too!
