ON DEMAND WINDSHIELD REPAIR

I was traveling from NC to FL and halfway through my hood flew open and smashed my windshield. I was 6 hours away from home and 6 hours away from my destination- I called multiple places and could not receive any help. I called Jermaine and he answered immediately- showed up in less than 20 minutes with a brand new windshield and installed it in less than 40. Not only was he extremely responsive but he was BEYOND helpful!! Out of the kindness of his heart he escorted me to a junk yard and helped me replace my hood as well!! I’ve never left a review on a business before but this man is so exceptional it’s the least I can do!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! THIS DUDE IS A ABSOLUTE GOD SENDDD. Me and my girlfriends got into an unfortunate situation where my hood slammed into my windshield at 85mph on the highway, we were first directed to a auto glass place near by off the highway, we sat there and waited for an hour for them to open just to be told they didn’t have…. glass??… as an auto glass repair shop? Okay…. So we gave On Demand Windshield Repair a call next and he was so helpful and respectful he immediately starting looking to get us a windshield from a nearby warehouse ASAP and he told us where to meet him after he picked it up for us and he replaced that whole thing in less than 30 mins. He was very fast and efficient and he didn’t overcharge us at all, unlike what we were quoted at other local shops... He was also very kind and helped us at the Junkyard to find a new hood to replace on my vehicle, he was overly helpful and really went above and beyond for us and we are SO SO SO SO grateful. we were 6 hours from home from north carolina, and another 6 hours away from our destination all the way in florida. He made sure we were ready and prepared to take off and helped fix my car!! I am INCREDIBLY grateful for this gentleman. 5 stars, 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! (before and after photos below)

Jerome gave us the best service I have ever had. Not only did he help us in a time of need when our hood flew up and crashed into our windshield in the middle of our 12 hour drive from North Carolina to Panama City Beach. But he made sure to give us affordable prices, finish the job in 30 mins, and point us to where we could replace our hood. So we could continue our trip without the need of cancelation of our trip or our plans. He also provided us with lots of humor and funny jokes while still keeping on task. I don’t live in Savannah Georgia but I really wish I had someone this dependable back in AL

Horrible Business Etiquette. I am in town and a tree Branch crash my windshield, during the storm. I saw the great reviews, so I was excited to catch the owner on the phone. He placed me on hold, to see if they carried the my windshield. He never came back to the phone. I called him back, three times. Finally just left a voicemail and sent a text. I never heard from him again. A Professional, could have just given me the courtesy of saying they didn't have the part or something. He knew I lived out of town, so I needed someone to fix my windshield so that I could drive home. Very disappointing...

Best price in town! Was mobile and came right to my house to do the work. I was surprised that the both windshields were new and not glass from a used car which is what most insurance companies will do to repair. Will definitely use again and refer to friends and family in the future!
