If you need auto glass, this is the place to go. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, On Site would get it from me. Great pricing, great customer service, and flawless work performance..... what more could you ask for! I was quoted a price on the initial phone call, calling for quotes, while talking to Karen. When calling back I mentioned the previous phone call, and my appointment was easily made with the gentleman I spoke to (a name was not given). I arrived 5 minutes early and was greeted by a very friendly Karen. When giving my information, I was told that the part cost $10 more than originally quoted, but they were going to stick to the quoted price (A+ customer service move in my opinion). My vehicle was in the shop within 5 minutes of my arrival. Even though they were receiving a shipment, the had someone begin work right away. The staff kept me informed and were jovial and polite at every turn. I was even informed of some other non-related issues that they noticed (even though it was not a repair they offer). They honestly cared about my truck, even though it is old and beat up... to me that speaks volumes to their integrity and commitment to my vehicle. The install was flawless, complete, and I had my truck back in under 1.5 hours! Having had multiple windshields replaced over my decades of driving, this is honestly the best experience I have had. Corey, Karen, and Shane are A+ professionals in their field and in customer service. This family business has made a lifetime customer of me. Keep it up guys!

Im glad I took my time to find somebody who is the best! Fair prices, very friendly and they fixed my windshield faster than they even quoted. I did the footwork for you, this is the best place for windshield repair. Its nice to find a group of people not price gouging from the hail storm. If I ever need glasswork done, im coming here.

Took my 78 malibu over for a windshield. Did not know i had a rust problem. Instead of just slapping the glass in they took extra steps to make sure that I was aware of the issues. Super honest folks seems like. Will do business in the future and will send friends and family. Hard to find good honest shops around. They even replace several clips for me and straightened out some bent trim. Super happy with the work done. Thanks guys.

Scheduled for a window to be replaced about two weeks ago for today, which was the soonest they would do. Time came and went, so we called just to find out they will not be coming. The window they ordered arrived cracked (they apparently found this out Monday). They decided not to inform us then to even give us a chance to be able to get a vehicle in time or have the decency to call today. Plans and money spent are now wasted at the last moment possible and we are gutted. I really wish I could give zero stars.

These guys are amazing a quick. They were the cheapest place to go in town. Actually they came to my house to fix my convertible front glass, which made it super convenient for me to do my house errands, while they changed my window into new again.
