I've had my 2015 F150 worked on twice here and I have received great service each time. Customer service and worked performed have been better than I expected. Great prices when compared to several other shops around town.

Brought my 2012 BMW 538i in fir engine repair...very rough idle and car would not stay idle unless tou feathered the throttle. They diagnosed the issue to be a broken turbo tube, faulty injector and a faulty coil pack....price for the work was very reasonable and had the repairs done with in 4 days from the drop off day. They warranty their parts and labor. I had to go back for a fuel rail issue and even helped me by removing the fuel rail so I could take it myself to get brazed. Those guys are awesome...Thanks a bunch to Gilbert the owner and Junior for helping me out and providing excellent customer service backed by great workmanship!! Highly recommend them for all your vehicle engine and mechanical issues.

I wanted to support a local veteran-owned auto shop, but my experience was disappointing. I called five times, left a voicemail, and sent an email, but I never received a response. Since I still wanted to give them a chance, I went to the shop in person. There was no one at the front desk, and I waited about 15 minutes before someone came in to take my information. I was told my vehicle would be diagnosed the next morning, but that did not happen. I received no update, and my calls continued to go unanswered. I eventually drove back to the shop because the text receipt showing they had my vehicle had disappeared after a few hours, which made me uncomfortable. They gave me a printed receipt, but no diagnostic had been completed. Later that day, after more unanswered calls, I returned again and found my vehicle still parked in the same spot. No Diagnostic had been done. The most concerning part was that a mechanic who had never met me handed me my keys without verifying my identity or confirming I owned the vehicle. I understand shops get busy, but the lack of communication, missed timeline, and poor control of customer vehicle keys were unacceptable. I left disappointed and took my vehicle elsewhere.

She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain every detail, ensuring I fully understood the process. Her efficiency and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Estella truly went above and beyond, and her customer service made a lasting impression. Thank you to the whole staff here for taking care of my car in a very efficient way! I hardly had to wait for my car to be finished. I’m ready for my road trip now🚙
