Only 1 Auto Glass

had an excellent experience with Only One Auto Glass! The technician arrived early, was friendly and professional, and worked incredibly efficiently. I was honestly impressed—he had my old windshield removed and the new one installed in about 30 minutes. The replacement looks fantastic, everything was cleaned up afterward, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Having the service come to my home made it even more convenient. If you’re looking for fast, quality windshield replacement with great customer service, I would absolutely recommend Only 1 Auto Glass. Thank you for making the process so easy!

Excellent experience from start to finish. My vehicle required a more complex windshield replacement due to the forward-facing camera/ADAS system integrated with the rearview mirror, which required precise recalibration after installation. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and completed both the glass replacement and camera calibration quickly and correctly. Everything was done right the first time. Highly recommend.

I recently had my truck windshield replaced at Only 1 Auto Glass in Maplewood, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Audrey, the representative who helped me over the phone, was extremely helpful and provided me with an unbeatable deal. When I dropped off my truck, Adam B., the technician who worked on it, was also great with customer service. He explained that he made sure to completely remove the rust and thoroughly clean the surface before installing the new windshield. I was honestly impressed with the level of professionalism, honesty, and quality service this shop provided. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Only 1 Auto Glass. Highly recommend!

From my very first call, the team at Only 1 Auto Glass was incredibly responsive. They had me scheduled within three days and came right to my house to replace the windshield on my vehicle. Adam was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the entire installation process, recalibrated and reset all the systems connected to the windshield, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. From the time he arrived, I was back on the road in about an hour. Excellent service, great communication, and true convenience. I highly recommend Only 1 Auto Glass!

I have spent months trying to find an auto glass company that could get a windshield for an MR2 Spyder. Not only were they able to find one right away, but it arrived and was installed within a week of ordering it. In an industry where communication is generally sub-par, I was very impressed with Carrie's *excellent* communication and helpfulness. Thanks so much for the great experience!
