In mid July 2026 I begin having mechanical issues with my 2020 Infiniti QX 60. More specifically, I had at least 5 to 6 dashboard warning, light indicators coming on at one time and staying on for several days. Immediately I took my Infiniti to Infiniti Of Cool Springs to determine what the issues were. Two days after dropping my vehicle off at Infiniti Of Cool Springs conducted Several diagnostic test on my vehicle to determine what problems existed. I was informed by service advisor that I had issues with my YAW rate sensor, which is a part of the ABS actuator that detects the side to side force of the vehicle. I was provided a cost of $1634 to have that issue repaired. The next diagnostic was performed, which indicated I had a faulty FEB warning, light which regulates and monitors a lane change camera. I was informed that it would cost $2124 to fix. Additionally, I was told that they were not sure if that was the actual problem but they would have to conduct a process of elimination to make sure all issues were resolved! The cost just to fix those two issues exceeded $5000. I was not willing to pay that amount of money not knowing the problem would be fixed 100%. My wife did research on businesses that specialize in electrical issues such as the ones described above and she located PACE off of BRIELY Parkway / Centennial Boulevard in Nashville Tennessee. My wife explained in detail the issues we were having with our vehicle and provided Stephen and Jonathan The diagnostic video clip that was produced by the Infiniti Of Cool Springs mechanical technician. After Stephen and Jonathan reviewed the diagnostic assessment made by Infiniti technician, they explained to my wife that they specialize exclusively in issues related to the issues I was having with my vehicle and that they would be able to directly pinpoint the issues by placing the vehicle control system on there specialize coding system. Additionally, Stephen and Jonathan explained that I would pay a fraction of $5000 that was quoted to me by Infiniti of cool springs. Immediately, I retrieved my car from Infiniti Of Cool Springs and paid my $340 diagnostic fee and took my vehicle to PACE. I met with Johnathan Steven and another associate and they assessed my vehicle in person in addition to the Infiniti mechanics video analysis, and determine what the problem was. The issue was resolved, and I paid significantly less than the $5000 quoted by Infiniti Of Cool Springs. The Technicians at PACE are mechanical and electrical geeks who truly understand their craft; and their prices are extremely extremely fair. If you have any issues with electrical problems, camera problems I would highly recommend you visit PACE and ask for Stephen or Jonathan. I definitely give this business 10 Golden stars!

These guys are super great. Very trustworty and know what they are doing. I took my 2016 Touareg TDI to them to repair ACC and they could have charged me whatever they wanted and I wouldn't have known the difference. At the end of the day I got the work done in one day at the lowest possible end of their estimate. Highly recommended!
