Panhandle Auto Glass

This is the best window place I have been to! They were able to replace the entire window very quickly while also explaining anything that was asked without using any jargon. They were both very friendly and very helpful during the process. It's rare that an Auto shop leaves me so happy!

I was having major issues with my power windows rolling up and down, and one was completely off track. I brought my car here after another company couldn't fix it. Not only did they get my window back on track, but they also diagnosed the exact underlying issue so I can take it to my mechanic for the final repair. On top of that, they tried not to charge me anything for their time! I had to insist on paying them. Honest, reliable, and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for any window needs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I do leave reviews, but it takes an exceptional business to earn a five-star review like this. I was driving my wife’s 2023 Lexus RX 350 when a rock chipped the windshield. Over the years I’ve dealt with more rock chips than I can count, and I’ve had both windshield repairs and complete replacements from some of the biggest names in the business. This was, without question, the best experience I’ve ever had. The repair was flawless, the service was fast, and the price was incredibly fair. Honestly, after seeing the quality of their work and the level of customer service they provide, I think they could charge more and still be worth every penny. They put the big national companies to shame. You can tell this is a family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional, and even the waiting area had a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. They made the entire experience stress-free. If I ever need another windshield repair or replacement, there won’t be any shopping around—I’ll be coming right back to Panhandle Auto Glass. Thank you for taking such great care of us. Amarillo is lucky to have a company like yours. I highly recommend Panhandle Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement. Five stars isn’t enough.

Excellent service from start to finish! The work was done quickly and professionally, and the quality was great. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Panhandle Auto Glass if you need fast, reliable work!

Amazing team! They were very professional and detail oriented. I watched him check the fit on the window twice before he put it in. The owner also put some anti-rust on some spots near the window to fix that problem. Really great people. The missus handles the office billing and scheduling. This is the best window place in 150 miles.
