Perfect Touch Auto Glass

I live in Mechanicsville, VA and contacted Perfect Touch for a windshield replacement. They were responsive and quick. They came out and replaced my windshield and did an ADAS calibration. When they arrived they were very polite and quoted me 2.5 hours. They finished early and gave me some directions on how to take care of the installation. 10 out of 10 would use again.

I received a very fairly priced estimate and window replacement all under 24 hours (and on a Saturday)! No hidden fees or surged labor pricing for on-site service at my home. I was pleasantly surprised that Perfect Touch Auto Glass already had the part in stock for my older vehicle. The convenience of the mobile service and extra attention to detail were phenomenal. Aswad was quick, communicative, and super friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Perfect Touch Auto Glass to anyone with glass replacement needs in the Richmond / Henrico region and surrounding areas as they were the best and most affordable option with the quickest response time in the area. Thank you Aswad and team for the wonderful and timely service despite the weekend summer heat! Before and after photos are attached.

Perfect Touch auto glass repair was great. They replaced the windshield on my Honda Civic Sport and calibrated it. They made sure to schedule on a day without rain and came to my work. Definitely recommend them for windshield replacement.

They were prompt, cost effective, and from what I can tell did a great job replacing my windshield for a competitive price. Plus — they came to me when it worked for my schedule! Will be back in the future to lean on these guys if another rock on 295 and ice storm create more problems.

I recently had my windshield replacement done and couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, quick, and made the whole process stress-free. He came out to my house and replaced it in my driveway, which was very convenient. He carefully protected the dash and interior while working, and the new windshield looks flawless. The installation was done perfectly and my car feels good as new. This price was the best quote I recieved in the city. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a windshield replacement!
